The weather is beginning to agree. There is a brisk chill in the air, the outsides are nippy, and there is that special fresh scent in the environment that signifies autumn/DP/<fill with your choice> is just around the corner. Mornings are just begging for us to walk out and enjoy the outside, and birds are breaking into song at every opportunity. Nature is up and about, and is welcoming us to her company!

Is time the juggernaut? Or are we?
Sometimes, I feel time to be a static entity – it never moves. IT just is. I am the traveler, traveling forward (physically, fast forward (in contemplation or fantasy), or backward (in reminiscence).
So another year is here, and more bookmarks in time are behind us.
We are all older, wiser, and have more memories enriching our storer of experience.
Life is never dull – though we individually can be (and I often am 🙂 …
Every moment is so full of wonder, excitement and thrill that life has no time to pause, no space to catch its breath.

The weather is confused. Temperature one day is a wonderful 60,the other day a freezing 22.
The birds, grass, and trees are even more confused. Peek out to feel their confusion 😉

Summer is here, the pool is open, and this ween, the temperatures are promising to soar into the 90’s and stay there!
The kids are home, and so are grandparents – all the makings for a PERFECT holiday.
Movies and books galore, games, and Lalit is now a member of the Reading U11 travel soccer team.
Vacation times are here – enjoy them while they last!

Today is (or will be) Lalit’s day – he is scheduled to be recognized in town Hall for his article in the “Courier News” (check his home page pictures) – and also possibly be shown on local TV – hooray for Lalit!

It is 2006 – and the weather is still lost!
My trees are in a quandary- is it spring, autumn or winter? They are alternately budding and freezing – can someone help them figure this weather out?

The children are growing, and so are we :)
Time has cast off its skateboards and wheels, and has strapped on some mighty powerful jets.
We are midway through spring 2011, two kids are college-bound, and Lalit is at least as tall as me – I have a sneaking suspicion he grew just that little more yesterday night that he is indeed taller than me now 🙂
Suma has matured with her dance, my sitar keeps teaching me new tricks, and Lalit has become quite the poet.
Ravi, the introvert, is slowly emerging into a very personable, friendly, and if you connect the right way, a very humorous persona!
Usha is singing better than ever before, and the birds sing their approval every morning. What else can we ask for from life?
