In the citadel of wisdom stands my noble Guru,
Infinite in knowledge, in mercy ever true.
Though He asks for naught, my humble heart is stirred,
What can I offer to the one who is all-bestowed?
Clothed in robes of galaxies, with wisdom in His gaze,
His grace transcends my mortal soul in unassuming ways.
He owns the Universe, in stars and truth comprised,
Yet in His selfless heart, my lowly love is prized.
From treasures vast and infinite, His blessings freely flow,
Yet asks for naught in return, a mark of love He shows.
He is the sheltering Banyan, the beacon in my night,
Guiding me with a gentle hand to walk the path of right.
Patience is His virtue, and His kindness knows no bounds,
Through tumultuous seas of life, His guidance truly sounds.
Firm in His teachings, yet compassionate to the core,
Leading to enlightenment, He opens wisdom's door.
Upon the eternal canvas, He paints lessons deep,
Awake or in slumber, His teachings I shall keep.
What gifts can I bring to one who holds the skies?
Only love and devotion in unending supply.
In the silence of His presence, in the echoes of His word,
In the whispers of the cosmos, His wisdom can be heard.
Asking naught but love, He bestows all He possesses,
A Guru beyond measure, a source of endless bliss.
So, in humble gratitude, I bow my earthly head,
A disciple in the cosmic dance, by His wisdom, lovingly led.
Oh, Guru divine, to you, my heart I pledge,
May I forever walk the path You show, of righteousness.
For naught can I give You, who knows and owns all,
But my love, my devotion, may it answer Your call.
Oh Guru, my light, my guide, my firm and stalwart friend,
To your teachings, love, and wisdom, my soul shall ever tend.
