In the realm of sacred wisdom, behold,
The teeth of Mother Lalitha, a story untold.
A bud of pure knowledge, in form they reside,
Resembling the mantra, sixteen-syllabled wide.
From Muladhara's chakra, they first did emerge,
Through stages they traveled, a cosmic surge.
Para, the sound, the primal form it took,
Pasyanti, a seed, in sprouting it shook.
Madhyama, where leaves tenderly entwined,
Not yet separated, a union defined.
Vaikhari, the final, where they fully bloom,
Joined at their roots, in harmony's loom.
This Ankura, this bud, so wondrous to see,
It mirrors gleaming teeth, radiant and free.
They shine like beacons, guiding our way,
A testament to wisdom, in every display.
The Shodasi mantra, the seed of the divine,
Sixteen bīja-s, in sacred alignment shine.
As a sprout bears two leaves, so too we find,
Thirty-two teeth, a reflection, aligned.
In ignorance, we see separation's divide,
Jīva and God, as distinct, we abide.
But like the jaws, attached deep within,
They are one and the same, a unity within.
Śrī Vidyā's worship, in seclusion is sought,
Understanding the significance it has brought.
With meanings and procedures, held close and dear,
Results shall be yielded, when wisdom is clear.
In Devi's initiation, thirty-two paths unfold,
Dīkśa in myriad forms, a treasure untold.
And even the Sahasranāmam, a sacred art,
Begins with thirty-two letters, a significant start.
These teeth, a symbol, of oral transmission's might,
Guru to disciple, imparting wisdom's light.
In Śrī Vidyā's realm, the mantra's sacred verse,
Spoken, embraced, as knowledge traverses.
So let us extol the teeth of Mother Lalitha fair,
In their form, the bud of knowledge we share.
Through stages they journeyed, in unity they thrive,
Guiding seekers on the path, where wisdom will arrive.
