In the heart of the life-giving sea, Where nectar flows, divinely free, Resides Mother Lalitha, pure and bright, In Sudhā-sāgara-madhyasthā, a sacred sight. Sudhā, the nectar, sweet and rare, Sāgara, the ocean, beyond compare, Madhyasthā, the center, where she dwells, In the soma cakra, where magic swells. As Kundalini rises, a fiery tide, Through Sushumna's path, it starts to glide, In Soma cakra, the liquid streams, Sudhā, the elixir, of blissful dreams. Amrṭavarśinī, it's called, the nectar's name, From the throat, it flows, like a sacred flame, Mother Lalitha, in her grace divine, In the midst of Soma, she does shine. Through the 72,000 nerves, it courses, Bringing life and love, as it enforces, The mortal frame, it does sustain, No death befalls, in its gentle reign. But only those in deep meditation find, This sacred flow, to them assigned, Great sages blessed, with life so long, By Sudhā-sāgara-madhyasthā's song. Sudhā sindhu, the bindu's glow, In Sri Cakra's heart, where mystics go, Mother Lalitha, in her glory rests, With love and bliss, her devotees are blessed. So let us seek her divine grace, In the sacred realm, where she has a place, May Sudhā-sāgara-madhyasthā's light, Fill our souls, with pure delight. -Mani సుధా సాగరము మధ్యలో, వాసుదేవి దైవమైన అవతారము, సుధా సాగర మధ్యస్థ మాతృక శక్తి, సోమ చక్ర మధ్యలో నుండి వారి జీవితంలో ప్రవహించుచున్నారు. కుండలిని శక్తి సోమ చక్రానికి వచ్చి, ఉగ్ర తాపముతో సుధా నుండి కార్యకర్తగా, గుండు మీద కనిపించే పండుగ సుధావర్షిణి, అమృతం సమానంగా భావించుచున్నది. మధ్య సోమ చక్రలో నిండిన మాతృకా రూపము, అమృత సాగర మధ్యలో వారికి నీటి ప్రవాహము, మానవ శరీరములో ఎనిమిది నాడులకు ప్రవహించుచున్నది, ఈ నీటి ప్రవాహము వచ్చినప్పుడు, దేహాంతము జరగనివ్వదు. కానీ ఇది మాత్రమే మునివుల దీర్ఘాయుష్య కారణం అని తెలుసుకోవడం మాత్రం కాదు, ఈ స్థితి సాధించే అధ్యాత్మిక ప్రాక్టీస్త మెట్టెలు మాత్రం ఉన్నది. సుధా సింధు, శ్రీ చక్ర మధ్యలో వర్తించే బిందువు, మాతృకారూపము, సకల ప్రపంచమున శోభిస్తుంది, వాసుదేవి అందరికీ ఆశీర్వాదించి, ప్రేమతో, ఆనందంతో, పూర్తిగా భరించేస్తుంది.
